Step-By-Step Transformation Process

A Six Step Personal Transformation Process done over six consecutive weeks.

​Experience and learn each step in this comprehensive and layered approach: create a broad and evolving path for personal transformation.

Small, in person women only groups limited to a maximum of 6 participants.

​Completely immersive experience each week - you will be led in to hypnosis by myself Linda Carter, Certified Transformational Hypnotherapist.

Hypnosis is simply a natural state of relaxed focus. Being led in to hypnosis involves me guiding you using verbal cues and repetition to help your mind and body relax.

Each session is 1.5 - 2 hours (total programme = approximately 12 hours).

Six recordings to practice each step in between sessions.

Option to feedback about immersive experiences during sessions. Sharing is not mandatory as this is an inner practice and your experience will be uniquely personal to you.

Option to be part of a private WhatsApp Group to share experiences with each other in between sessions.

When you go deep in to yourself you begin the journey of freeing yourself of old limiting beliefs and attitudes you picked up from your parents, your teachers, your society, your culture, your religion and some from your direct experiences - some of which you might rightly think of as trauma.
