In Person Sessions
The Natural Health Centre in Kings Norton offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for you to have your sessions in person.
The Green in Kings Norton is the picturesque location where The Natural Health Centre sits next
to Saint Nicolas' Church.
Some free on-street parking is available on The Green - it might require a few minutes patience and a second trip around The Green to get a spot as it can get busy. Paid parking can also be found opposite the centre at The Bull's Head pub - in September 2024 the charges were £2.00 for up to two hours. Please check with the pub themselves for up-to-date information.
The Centre can also be reached by bus with various stops nearby. Kings Norton train station is a convenient 10 minute walk away.
There are four different rooms that I use which have either a couch OR a comfortable, high-back chair for you to fully relax during the hypnosis part of the session. Lying down or sitting in a chair that supports your head and your neck are both perfect options for hypnotherapy sessions.
If you have accessibility requirements I can ensure we work in one of my rooms on the ground floor.
